The goal of this project is to better understand farm parents' views on their children's safety on the farm and how we can better keep our kids healthy and safe.
This initial questionnaire asks about your farm and family characteristics (such as number of family members) and about your interest in the full research study. This survey is expected to take 5-10 minutes.
Participation in the full research study is entirely online and will last 6 weeks, including one survey sent to you each week by email. If you are eligible, we will send an invitation link with more details to the contact information you provide. If you participate in the full research project, a total of $50 in online gift cards will be provided over the course of these surveys as a thank you for your participation. If eligible, we will also ask you to complete additional surveys 6 months and again 1 year after you complete this first survey.
If you are not eligible, we will inform you, and your responses and any contact information will be destroyed.
Your responses will remain anonymous and confidential throughout the entire research process. You may stop participating at any time. You may also save your responses and return at a later time.
