WiNCORP

WiNCORP is a National Cancer Institute-sponsored Wisconsin cancer clinical trial network that also includes Gundersen Health System and ThedaCare. This partnership builds on the collaborative relationship these three health systems have to improve access to cancer clinical trials for more patients.

Through WiNCORP, we are part of the NCI Community Oncology Research Program (NCORP), which allows us to offer the latest clinical trials with investigational therapies and participate in research to improve cancer screening and prevention. NCORP has many research bases that spearhead the clinical trials. These research bases include:

Academic and Community Cancer Research United

ACCRU is a cancer research network that conducts clinical trials that translate the latest discoveries into new therapies for cancer treatment and symptom management.

Alliance Foundation Trials, LLC (AFT) is a research organization that develops and conducts cancer clinical trials, working closely with pharmaceutical partners, research collaborators and the Alliance for Clinical Trials in Oncology scientific investigators and institutional member network.

Wisconsin Oncology Network

The Wisconsin Oncology Network is a regional network that allows Marshfield Clinic Health System patients to enroll in select cancer clinical trials that are open at the UW Carbone Cancer Center.
