REDCapCon 2025 will be hosted by Marshfield Clinic in Stevens Point, Wisconsin, from September 14-17, 2025
REDCapCon, our annual conference, brings together REDCap administrators from around the globe for three and a half days of education and networking. These administrators play a critical role at their institutions, managing technical installations, training and supporting end users, handling account management, and promoting REDCap internally.
Each year, REDCapCon welcomes a growing number of attendees, including not only participants from across the mainland United States but also a steadily increasing contingent of international partners. Administrators from a wide range of countries have joined the conference, representing regions such as Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Japan, China, Kenya, Luxembourg, Singapore, Brazil, the United Kingdom, Nigeria, Canada, Denmark, South Korea, Iceland, South Africa, Belgium, New Zealand, the Czech Republic, Gambia, France, Germany, Switzerland, Puerto Rico, Saudi Arabia, Botswana, Angola, Israel, Australia, and more. With international partnerships experiencing the most significant growth, we expect both the number of global attendees and the diversity of countries represented to continue rising in the years ahead.
The conference programming is thoughtfully designed to help attendees enhance their support of REDCap and its user communities. Each year, the educational offerings evolve to incorporate attendee feedback, emerging group interests, and the latest advancements in REDCap, ensuring the content remains relevant and impactful.
As the annual conference evolves, the core goal of REDCapCon remains unchanged: fostering connections and collaboration among colleagues. The event’s casual and welcoming atmosphere encourages networking while maintaining the structure needed to accommodate a growing audience. Attendees leave feeling recognized as valuable contributors to REDCap’s success, not just users of the platform. By engaging as active members of the consortium, they strengthen REDCap’s community and mission—a message best conveyed through this dynamic, face-to-face experience.
