Statement

Ms. Cole joined the Marshfield Clinic Research Institute (MCRI) in 2007 and currently serves as the Center Research Administrator for the Cancer Care and Research Center (CCRC). In this role, she provides strategic and operational leadership for oncology-focused clinical research across the organization.

She collaborates with academic medical centers, universities, research organizations, and both government and industry sponsors to advance high-quality oncology research. In addition, she provides administrative oversight for oncology research staff and resources, supporting the Wisconsin National Community Oncology Research Program (WiNCORP), which conducts a comprehensive portfolio of clinical trials designed to support patients throughout their cancer care journey.

Ms. Cole strengthens the overall MCRI team by working closely with investigators, research staff, and the Directors of MCRI Administration and Support Offices to advance the Institute’s broader research mission. She is committed to bridging the gap between high-level clinical research and the real-world well-being of the communities we serve.
