Statement

DeeAnn Polacek is the Research Studies Manager for the Center for Clinical Epidemiology & Population Health (CCEPH), and has been with the Marshfield Clinic Research Institute since 2009. This role promotes and creates opportunities for research within the institute and is a critical member of the research management team responsible for supervising staff and addressing research issues within a research center. The Research Studies manager participates in the development and implementation of high priority departmental projects such as strategic planning, hiring and mentoring of staff, performance improvement, quality assurance, monitoring, auditing, budget preparation and financial analysis of costs, and compliance.
