Statement
Brooklynn Arbs is a Research Coordinator in the Center for Clinical Epidemiology and Population Health (CCEPH) at Marshfield Clinic Research Institute (MCRI) in Lake Hallie, WI. In May 2022, Brooklynn graduated with a BS from UW-LaCrosse with a double major in Biochemistry and Biomedical Sciences and a minor in Mathematics. During time at UWL, Brooklynn studied platelet apoptosis in ground squirrels in attempt to extend human platelet storage life for medical purposes. After graduation, Brooklynn completed a summer research fellowship in Neurology through Gundersen Health System's Medical Foundation restrospectively assessing Vitamin D levels in cluster headache patients in attempt to lower pharmaceutical costs for patients. Brooklynn's current duties include assisting principal and co-investigators in any form that is deemed necessary to ensure quality, efficient, and effective study conducts. Brooklynn is actively recruiting and enrolling patients, while coordinating, abstracting, and implementing several research studies and projects.
