Statement


Madalyn is an experienced health care professional with ten years of experience in the patient care setting working with the otolaryngology specialty and in long-term care prior to joining the Marshfield Clinic Research Institute (MCRI) in 2010. Madalyn began her career with MCRI as a Certified Clinical Research Coordinator with the Center for Clinical Epidemiology and Population Health where with a primary focus on chart abstraction, participant recruitment, study planning with research and clinical staff, the development, implementation, and training of Standard Operating Procedures, informed consent, study scripts, and data collection documentation.

In 2020, Madalyn joined the Office of Research Support Services as a Project Manager. In this capacity she is responsible for planning and coordinating projects and efforts which involve multiple MCRI Centers and Offices as well as Marshfield Clinic Health System. Her main projects include collaboration and coordination with the University of Wisconsin Madison for involvement with the Institute for Clinical and Translational Research (ICTR). As well as facilitation for the Summer Research Internship Program, Post-Doctoral Fellowship Program, and the Internally Funded Research Award program, and the associated Scientific Review Committee.
