Kristina Fletty is a Project Manager in the Fritz Wenzel Center for Clinical Research (FWCCR). As Project Manager, her role is to manage multiple, concurrent projects and vendor relations to support and accomplish the goals and objectives of the department and organization. Kristina is responsible for the planning, implementation, tracking and communication of study start-up within the FWCCR. This involves working closely with stakeholders and vendors to understand clinical trial requirements and identify strategic solutions to facilitate research protocols. Kristina also serves as an advocate for patient centered strategies and customer service excellence by fostering collaboration and integration between research and clinical departments.
